2. Data collected and purposes

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures operating this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes IP addresses, browser type, operating system, domain name, addresses of referring websites, and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about site usage and to verify correct operation, and is deleted after processing.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

Voluntarily sending messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller, or filling in registration forms (managed through Google Forms, a service of Google LLC), involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address and all personal data entered. Such data is processed exclusively to respond to requests received and to manage registrations for association activities.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

Technical cookies (always active)

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for the correct operation of the pages (e.g. storing your cookie preference). No proprietary profiling cookies are used.

Third-party cookies (require consent)

YouTube / Google LLC: some pages embed videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube cookies are only set if the user consents and only when the player loads. Google manages this data according to its own Privacy Policy.
Third-party CDNs: icon libraries (Font Awesome, Flag Icons) are loaded from external CDN servers (Cloudflare). These servers may record standard access logs (IP, browser). They do not set profiling cookies.

Consent management

On your first visit a banner is displayed allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your preference is saved in your browser via localStorage and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser's browsing data.

4. Legal basis for processing

Navigation data: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to ensure the security and correct operation of the site.
Registration data: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Third-party cookies: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Retention

Navigation data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data provided through registration forms is retained for the duration of association activities and in compliance with applicable legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting requirements).

6. Disclosure and sharing

Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties, except where strictly necessary to provide the requested services (e.g. Google for managing registration forms) or as required by law.

Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to:

request rectification or erasure of your data;
