For this event, we have arranged a special agreement with some of these accommodations, which will offer participants a discount off the list price of the room when booking directly, by email or phone. All specific details will be provided to registrants at the time of registration.

Inside the venue where the event will take place, there will be sufficient unattended space to leave jackets.
THERE IS NO STORAGE SPACE FOR INSTRUMENTS. For organizational reasons and to maintain good neighborly relations, it will NOT be possible to hold after-parties beyond the end of the evening concerts.
